Installation of New President for 2019 - 2020

This year’s installation is rather different from installations of previous years as the incoming president wanted a grand affair. She called it “A night in Vienna” and what a night it was.
The organising committee, (in particular in-coming Secretary Maya Mitsis, Vice-president Joanna Lim and District Editor) put in much effort to ensure that it was a glamourous evening to be remembered – from the setup of the venue to the party favours and costumes.
We had the honour of Ms Chan Hui Yuh, PBM, who is the Advisor to Aljunied GRC Grassroots Organisations.

President Jeannette shared with us her goal to focus on children whom she believes are the future of our world.
The highlight of the evening was a waltz by the incoming president and her husband Mr Lee. There was of course the delicious dinner and lucky draw with several members going home with prizes.
