Project with IWC Manila 101 at BUCOR Manila

Inner Wheel Club Singapore East

 

Early in January 2020, our club renewed our friendship with IWC Manila 101 and together we embarked on a joint project supporting BUCOR (Bureau of Corrections) in Manila.  We provided lunch for the PDL (inmates), distributed 300 pair of slippers, t-shirts and 2 tents (used as classrooms).
