IMPORTANT DISTRICT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
Greetings to all Fellow Members,
I hope you and your loved ones are well.
Traditionally, District Annual General Meetings (DAGM) have been held annually in MARCH. Due to COVID-19 and isolation measures in Malaysia and Singapore, it is not possible to have this year's DAGM Weekend in Singapore.
The District Executive Committee has decided to adopt IT solutions to conduct the business session. The 8th DAGM will be held by video conferencing on 15th MAY 2020 at 11:00 AM. Notice of the DAGM has been emailed to your Club President, Secretary and Delegates.
We also encourage all members to participate and join us in the virtual DAGM session. Please contact your Club President or Secretary for the online registration link.
Finally, we must thank all our front line medical staff, food vendors and many more for their dedicated services in keeping us safe.
Keep well, stay safe and heed Government guidelines.

In view of the current corona virus situation, the DAGM Committee has decided to postpone our DAGM to Friday May 15 and Saturday May 16th 2020 at Raffles Town Club. The new closing date for REGISTRATION is extended to 15th April 2020.

CLUB PRESENTATION ON FELLOWSHIP NIGHT: FRIDAY MARCH 20TH 2020
As it is the tradition at the Fellowship Night, each Club usually presents a Performance to showcase the talents and teamwork of its members. Each Performance adds to the Fun and Merriment for the evening.
Therefore, we invite your Club to present at least one item at this coming Fellowship Night , along the following guidelines:
- The Theme of the Night is ORIENTAL SURPRISE.
- The performance should not be more than 5 minutes.
- The club may present 2 performances.
- The performance may be a song, dance or playing of musical instruments.
Please note the Stage is 16 feet x 12 feet
