Dear friends in Inner Wheel,

My heartiest Congratulations to you on a successful 2024-2025, and Welcome to a brand new Inner Wheel year!

As we kick off 2025-2026, I am incredibly optimistic that it will be another year of remarkable achievements for our Clubs in Districts 330 and 331, driven by dynamic and inspiring leaders – both new and seasoned.

Having worked as an accountant in Singapore, London and Malaysia, joining Inner Wheel some 15 years ago was one of the best retirement plans that I could have made. My contributions, both personal and professional, to my Club and the District over the years, however, appear humble compared to the well-rounded growth that I have acquired and the many friendships that I have made since my induction into Inner Wheel. This amazing Organization is ever-evolving, with each year surpassing the last, and it all begins with our Clubs.

Each of our Clubs is unique, with its own incredible strengths. Some are blessed with vibrant and visionary leaders, while others are guided by leaders who, despite their initial hesitations, courageously stepped up, embraced their roles brilliantly, and built upon the inspiring foundations laid by those before them. This diverse leadership is our collective strength.

Inner Wheel offers each of us the opportunity to STEP UP and become champions for women and girls. Through our dedicated and collective efforts in community service, we have brought hope to the less fortunate, empowered fellow women, and paved brighter futures for the children… our leaders of tomorrow.

Yet, as we continue this vital work, let us remember that our lasting legacy lies not just in what we accumulate, but in the communities we build together. It is not in what we receive, but in the compassion and knowledge that we generously share; not just in our abilities, but in our unwavering character; and ultimately, not in our personal success, but in our collective significance.

The future of Inner Wheel rests with each and every one of us. So let us STEP UP AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE, be an inspiration to our younger members and everyone around us, and let us proudly promote the Inner Wheel brand through our impactful actions and passionate commitment.

Together, we can make an even greater difference. Let us make 2025-2026 our most impactful year yet! Looking forward to working with you and wishing you all the very best.
